A retainer after the build, so it stays true and keeps performing as your business and the technology keep moving. Which could mean:
- Someone watching it Human audits to validate the processes are doing what they should, and agent performance reviews.
- Active upkeep Maintenance as the technology moves quickly, integration upkeep, and access control.
- Access to me Office hours for any questions.

The Process
Discovery
I learn your business objectives, how your internal operations work, where the judgment lives, and what's fragile. You leave with a high-level architecture and a roadmap showing what you get at each step, whether or not you build it with me.
Build
We start with one thin, low-risk slice: a single use case shipped engineering-grade for a specific role, so you see it work before you commit to more.
Sustain
After launch, I stay alongside the person who runs it: small changes, troubleshooting, and steady support as they grow into operating it themselves.
